Orbitz Worldwide is searching for a Senior Analyst within its External Reporting Group. This individual’s primarily responsibility will be to assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including Form 10Ks, Form 10Qs, and Form 8Ks. This position reports to the Director of External Reporting.





Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial information for inclusion in SEC filings
Responsible for preparing the financial statements and related footnote disclosures
Assist with technical accounting research, including the implementation of new accounting standards
Coordinate with subsidiaries globally and various departments within the organization to obtain support for disclosures
Analyze quarterly results
Provide support to the investor relations group, periodically as well as quarterly during the earnings release process
Assist in identifying and driving process improvements
Draft policies and procedures
Assist with external audit requests"
