EMEA & APAC Regional Controller Langley, GB

Main Responsibilities
· Responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the books and records, including working with the SSO and reviewing and understanding the monthly results, balance sheet balances and movements, including the realizability of assets and the appropriateness of accruals and reserves and cash flows, in accordance with Travelport policy and US GAAP.
· Responsible for the accounting treatment of non-routine transactions, including commercial arrangements, capitalized software and other transactions.
· Responsible for working with the SSO to ensure an appropriate control environment is maintained. Will help establish appropriate control program in conjunction with the GDS Risk Management group, and monitor compliance with the control environment
· Lead contact for the external and internal audits.
· Monitoring SSO compliance with local statutory filing requirements"
