Job Description:

Working closely with Development, QA, and Support, you will take responsibility for writing and editing technical documentation for Client’s products. As you master the use of the software, you must individually develop and update product documentation that is well written, well presented, and communicates efficiently to the end-user. You will be responsible for using the product to verify the documentation, and to provide feedback in an Agile development environment. The documentation components and activities that you will be responsible for include (but are not limited to) online help, installation materials, and release documentation. When creating, updating and enhancing the documentation, you will adhere to format, content and style guidelines, giving consideration to usability and ensuring accuracy, consistency and quality."
