PeopleSoft Portal Developer
The PeopleSoft Portal Application Developer will be responsible for revising the current Portal architecture and to propose solutions to increase performance and address additional development/presentation requirements on a highly complex, multi-tiered environment. Responsibilities require the candidate to revise current architecture, propose and implement solutions aimed to increase performance and entertain additional requirements under a very constrained deadline, to include knowledge transfer to existing resources and extensive documentation of the proposed solutions.
Responsibilities include:
• Revising current architecture and propose solution to eliminate excessive traffic at the web server layer, as well as to increase availability/response times for the end-user.
• Review current presentation layer and suggest solutions to minimize the impact of the Portal Integration Broker traffic at the web server and load balancer/ SSL layers.
• Building and administering integrations with other PeopleSoft applications
• Building and administering integrations with third party systems
• Knowledge Transfer on solutions designed and general portal development/administration to existing resources."
