Looking for a senior window application developer working on PC tracking software using C/C++. The position will follow Agile development process and will be focusing on online video usage tracking.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Analyze, design, develop, and test software components to fulfill business requirements
• Participates in project planning and project estimates.
• Maintains contact with business analyst / client for product input and function decisions.
• Ensures software is developed, tested, and documented in accordance with approved Engineering standards and procedures.
• Helps train, educate and mentor team members.
• May function as technical team leader on selected projects.
• Troubleshoot defects in the existing and new code
• Execute performance and benchmark testing as needed"
