Plan and coordinate production activities and establish production priorities. Oversee all quality and lean initiatives as well as controlling manufacturing capacity (equipment, staffing, and facility) to maintain production and shipping schedules and meet marketing forecasts. Ability to analyze manufacturing costs and suggest process improvements. Effectively communicate with all levels of employees and functions within the company. Proven leadership with a strong belief in the continuous improvement process. Five years management experience in a mfg. environment, preferably in sheet metal fabrication. Excellent interpersonal communication skills with aggressive attitude for continued growth. Working knowledge of an MRP system is required."
