IT SPECIALIST
DESCRIPTION
A JUDGEMENT
• Provide recommendations on architectural changes and design enhancements to the infrastructure to improve reliably and performance, documentation, reduce cost, and anticipate company growth and acquisition.
• Have the ability to effectively make decisions on recommendations for programs and project development and implementation.
• Good judgment in identifying issues and recommending solutions to others.

B FACILITATION
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with multiple stakeholders to resolve, demonstrate experience with project management tools and methods, and project performance status reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in leading technical and functional team for custom development projects, ability to define project scope and scope and establish objectives for assigned project.
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure that deliverables are understood and that deadlines are met on time and with consistency and accuracy.
• Define specs for different business requirements by evaluating, identifying and proposing system enhancements/changes via analysis of requirements.
• Leading all phases of custom development projects including needs assessment and determining system requirements, project planning, project scheduling, negotiating project deliverables, and communicating project status.
• Participate in design review meetings."
