On-site apartment maintenance position resposibilities includes but is not limited to: up keep of grounds, getting units ready for rent, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs (minor), janitorial, painting, minor cabinetry, monitoring of tenants and reporting to property manager any complaints or vialations of lease terms along with any other requests from the property manager. Must have current driver's liscense and insurance. Must have good cutomer service skills."
