Travelzoo is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support our SVP of Advertising Sales in our Silicon Valley office. Responsibilities include but not limited to managing her calendar, fielding calls, arranging travel, internet research, putting together reports in excel, responding to employees and external clients and organizing her office.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- 4 plus years professional experience
- Prior experience supporting an executive within a sales or marketing organization preferred
- Very well organized, exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, driven flexible, and ability to multitask
- Ability to discretely maintain confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred"
