The Tax Director is responsible for providing assistance with respect to all aspects of the company's federal and state tax affairs & will report to the CFO with one direct report. You will have opportunity to get involved in some intl. & as this is a manufacturing company you must have manufacturing industry experience. Will be very hands on & handle year end corporate tax filings as well as quarterly estimates.
Additionally, strong communication skills are necessary as you will be advising & guiding senior management about the company's tax position & potential tax planning opportunities. Experience in researching, analyzing & recommending ways to minimize the company's tax rate & tax burden are key. CPA preferred."
